Its another Chinese drama. Honestly wanted to do a review of this because when I was watching it, Hua Chenyu and Zhang Bichen admit to having a daughter together and their story is so close to Begin again.
Brief description: Its about a relationship with the wrong order. First it started with a contract marriage, next having a kid then falling in love. Well with all the scandals in China, (Zhang Bichen and Zheng Shuang, who allegedly have contracted surrogate companies to have her children but because the couple broke up decided to abandon the children leaving it to the father) I start to wonder if marriage, pregnancy, having children and falling in love have any more order to them.

Lu Fangning (portrayed by Zhou Yutong) is on the look out to find a guy to marry to fulfil her goals of having a family, a kid and a furniture brand by 30. Ling Rui (portrayed by Gong Jun) happens to fit into her plan. With a fake 'I do' and contract to govern the relationship it does seems like things were going according to Lu Fangning's plan until it doesn't.
What so awesome about it: This needs to stated this from the start: The kid -- Lu You You (portrayed by Ha Ni) is soooooo adorable! Its the couple biggest CP fan, a fan after my own heart. And I love the interaction between the kid and everybody. I do wish my relationship with my mum is like Lu Youyou and Lu Fangning. But I can imagine how rebellious the kid will be in the future if the mother is as relaxed in her teaching as she currently is and how it probably wouldn't work out as a real parenting method. (Sounds like I might be a tiger mum in the future). Lu Youyou is still SO CUTE!
I can also relate closely with Lu Fangning's character. The amount of overthink and conversation with myself is at her same level. The amount of things that run in my head and amount of talking aloud I need to do is THE SAME. Its strange, but so MEEEE. (though I probably wouldn't hide the fact that I am pregnant with someone's kid for 5 years)
Also the chemistry between Lu Fangning and Ling Rui is sizzling. I love the way at how they look at each other from enemies to lovers. I love how they could show that they are insecurity and nervousness and still in love. (Sounds like what I am when I am in love)
Fun Facts: Ling Rui love competitior name -- Simon is Gong Jun actual English name. Must be kind of hilarious to call your own name as something you hate hahahaha.
Ranting on: Gong Jun original voice is so nice and mellow. I actually do not like the voice over as much as I love his original voice. Its such a pity to have to voice over such a BEAUTIFUL voice. God is unfair, beautiful looks, FAIR SKIN! (Even more fair than mine...)
And I don't really like how the flashback during the child times was used in the drama as why Ling Rui fell in love with Lu Fangning. I know the drama needed a reason to allow the male lead to fall in love with the female lead BUT, this arc was really pushing it. (not convincing enough)
Recommendation:
Hmmmm.... Looking back, I don't know if I will recommend this drama. It was a pretty light drama to watch, with not too much heavy baggage. But because of all the scandals which was happening at the time when I was watching the drama. Thus it turn out not as funny as it seem especially with all the outlash against the scandals. If you want something light, I would recommend perfect and casusal instead with very similar troupes (marriage contract) but without the child. Probably watch this if you really like Autumn Concerto but keep in mind this is really light, no heart wrenching episodes. even the expected heart wrenching parts are very light because of Lu Faning and Lu Youyou.
